Do you wonder what is “normal” teenage behavior?
Does the thought of raising teens fill you with fear?
Have you ever wondered what happened to your son/daughter and if they will ever return to his/her former self?
Adolescent years can be really fun and really hard! Parents of middle & high school aged children are invited to join us for a parenting seminar designed to address developmental norms, examine relationship cycles between you and your teen, and offer helpful strategies and resources. We will provide opportunities for reflection about yourself in the cycle, dynamics with your teen, and time for collaboration with your spouse and other parents. Following the seminar, parents can schedule parent coaching sessions to continue the conversation.
The seminar will be facilitated by Grace Nova Counseling counselors, Lauren Herndon and Brandi Laperriere, MA, LPC, RPT and hosted at McLean Presbyterian Church.
