Chin-Chin Minniear

As part of the Capital Fellows team, Chin-Chin is responsible for supporting program operations as well as discipling fellows. Chin-Chin first came to the DMV (years before it was called the DMV) for a career in public policy and did stints in the executive and legislative branches as well as in consulting. In the years since, Chin-Chin has covered a lot more territory, both geographically and vocationally. An urbanite at heart, Chin-Chin enjoys the innovation, diversity, cuisine, and social networks found in larger cities. That being said, she and her husband look forward to exploring more of our National Parks with their two children in the coming years.
