John Kyle

Since 2013, John has served as the Director of the Capital Fellows program, overseeing the program’s vision and strategy for discipling recent college graduates. He is also the executive director of The Fellows Initiative, the national network of fellows programs. Previously, he held senior leadership roles with several global companies, nonprofits and startups in North America and Europe. John has a PhD in social science and business from the University of Derby, an MBA from Heriot Watt University, and an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Kentucky.

John has been an ordained ruling elder in the Presbyterian Church in America since 1993. He enjoys time with his wife Shirley, their twin daughters, and two grandchildren.
